1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and parts must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first request a return.
Once the returned item is received and approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
